These Terms govern your use of fas3a.ai (the "Service"), operated by Fas3a.ai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be of legal age, or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.

What fas3a.ai is

fas3a.ai is an educational planning tool. It uses AI to help you understand immigration options, build roadmaps, track documents and draft CVs and letters. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, financial or tax advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or out of date; you are responsible for verifying every requirement with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before acting.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or misrepresentation in visa or job applications.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• No interference with the Service: malware, probing, scraping, circumventing plan limits or reverse engineering.
• No generating illegal content, forged documents, hate speech or deceptive material, and no attempts to jailbreak the AI assistant.

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for having the rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of the information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service. As between you and us, you may use the documents the Service generates for you. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, tell us through our contact form and we will review and act, including terminating repeat infringers.

Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, prompts, content, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

Without our prior written permission you may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, index or otherwise extract the Service's content, reports, checklists, source datasets or pricing by automated means;
• access the Service through bots, headless browsers, scripts or any interface other than the ones we provide, or share, resell or proxy your credentials or API access;
• copy, reproduce, translate, adapt or create derivative or competing products from the Service's outputs, prompts, methodology, taxonomy or structure;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our prompts, models, scoring logic or underlying datasets, including by systematically querying the assistant to reconstruct them;
• use the Service, or any output, to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model.

We may apply technical measures — including request throttling, bot detection and blocking — to enforce this section, and may suspend accounts or IP ranges that breach it.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments and subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are charged in euro at checkout. Payment, billing, tax and receipts are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and your card details never reach our servers. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.

Orders are sold by Fas3a.ai and processed securely by Stripe. For any billing question, cancellation or refund, contact us and we will handle it directly.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, opportunities or the outcome of any visa, job or study application. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these Terms.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and the competent courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here.
