Refund Policy

Fas3a.ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a fas3a.ai subscription or one-time pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Reach us through our contact form with the email address on your order and we will arrange the refund back to your original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the "Your plan" card in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will arrange a refund of that renewal.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
